How to turn off Cache in Joomla?

To turn off cache, you need to do two things:

  1.  Global Configuration--> System-->Cache Settings-->Cache
    Please select 'No';
  2. Extensions-->Plugin Manager-->System - Cache 
      Please disable the plugin-"System-Cache" .
